Express Sunrooms is an outdoor living construction leader across the Southeast, expanding across 14 locations and 5 states. In an effort to scale their market share and penetrate new territories, Express Sunrooms solicited the consultation and expertise of In the Black Marketing and Media Consulting in identifying and recruiting new franchise owners.
After conducting research regarding state licensing, household disposable income, and creating the protype of the ideal Franchisee, ITB designed and implemented a creative and ‘cut through the clutter’ message delivered directly to the intender.
Within 11 days of launching an agreed upon 90 day campaign, ITB recruited their 15th franchisee through social media marketing and Express Sunrooms closed this deal 28 days later. Resulting in a 141 to 1 return on investment.
