Having more than 20 successful years of entrepreneurial experience proved to be a powerful foundation for the Migliori Family, however, the hospitality industry in the Charleston, SC left an opportunity for In the Black Marketing and Media Consulting to work closely with the family and develop brand differentiation in a crowded marketplace.

Strategy

The Migliori family chose to work under the previous ownerships brand and identity for 6 months to properly plan, prepare, and create their pathway to success with the help of the In the Black Marketing and Media Consulting  team. Over the course of those 6 months, In the Black Marketing and Media Consulting executed a full market SWOT analysis which included consultation and execution strategies along with a full brand design: logo, brand apparel, menu design, and menu mix.

Result

In the first 90 days after launch, Migliori’s has quickly won the favor of loyalists from the previous ownership. In addition, they have attracted and retained a plethora of new customers through the brand voice on social media, imaging in direct messaging, and effectively serving quality products with superior customer service. These significant changes has resulted in a 90% lift quarter over quarter.
