Known for her direct communication style, high expectations, and meticulous attention to detail, Emily operates as the team’s trusted taskmaster—firm, focused, and relentlessly committed to excellence.

My superpower is cutting through chaos with sharp focus and relentless efficiency, staying focused, turning ideas into clear plans and keeping everyone (lovingly) in line while doing it. I’m the glue, the engine, and the occasional fire under the team.

When I’m not hanging out with my daughter, whether it’s pool time, bike rides, gymnastics, or soccer games, you’ll find me at the beach, surfing, taking long tech-free walks, or squeezing in the occasional yoga class. I also love getting lost in a good book or curling up in bed for a binge-worthy series.
I love taking long walks without any phones. It's my time to process and think. My neighbors probably think I’m a little crazy since I often catch myself thinking out loud with full-on hand gestures…
